KTC Beer Run to benefit H.A.L.T.
March 22: Registration 2pm
The Knoxville Track Club hosts an annual run series each Spring to benefit a local charity. This year it benefits H.A.L.T. Registration will begin at Flock at 2pm. Participants will run a loop on the greeway at 3pm. Runners will receive $2 off their first Flock Tap Beverage and several door prizes will be offered.

Monday Runners
Flock Runners meet at 6:30pm every Monday for 2-5 mile run. All levels are welcome. Runners receive $2 off their 1st beer after their run.
